| Becki L. Young has been working in the field of immigration law since 1995.
Ms. Young has managed her own immigration law practice, focusing on employment-based immigration law, since 2002. From 1999 to 2002, she was an Associate in the International Transactions and Immigration Practice of one of Washington D.C.'s largest law firms, Dickstein Shapiro Morin & Oshinsky LLP.

Ms. Young has represented employers in a variety of industries, including investment banking and securities, information technology, non-profit, manufacturing, health care, and hospitality, providing advice on work permits and related immigration issues.
In representing more than fifty of the most prominent hotels and restaurants in the United States, Ms. Young has facilitated the sponsorship of nonimmigrant trainees, professional workers, and "aliens of exceptional ability." She also has guided numerous hospitality managers through the permanent residency process, and has counseled clients in the hospitality industry regarding international recruitment and immigration issues.
In addition to her work with employment-based clients, Ms. Young has assisted many family-based applicants with their U.S. immigration matters.
Ms. Young's international work experience includes a summer clerkship at Baker & McKenzie’s office in Bangkok, Thailand, and a year teaching English at a public high school in Wakayama, Japan.
